Inspired by the great herbalist Nicholas Culpeper who once cultivated his herb garden in Spitalfields – where Princelet Street is today – Elizabeth Jervis employs the most exquisite Pot Pourri of herbs and flowers to elevate her spirits.
The rich mixture of ingredients in Mrs Jervis’ Pot Pourri are collected throughout the year by two longtime friends of the Dennis Severs’ House who grow lavender organically in Les Corbières. All the elements are steeped in locally-sourced essential oils before they are blended and macerated, and wild tree lichen and orris root added to hold the perfume.
This blend is created exclusively for us and imparts a long-lasting fragrance that is redolent of summer’s warmth.
Ingredients include: Lavender Grosso, Lavender Aspic, Rosemary, Myrtle, Bay Laurel, Rose Hips, Wild Fennel, Juniper Berries, Santolina Flowers, Rose Petals, Tree Lichen, Orris Root. Handpicked in Les Corbières, France.
Arrives in an elegant presentation box containing 70 grammes.
