Mrs Jervis Paper Doll

Cut out this paper doll of Mrs Jervis and adorn her in mid 18th-century finery of corset, hooped underskirt, shoes and Spitalfields silk dress - possibly in a design by her neighbour Anna Maria Garthwaite. She comes with split pins so she can move, a piece of real ribbon to tie at her throat and even her favourite blue-and-white tea bowl....

Hand drawn and painted by Rupert Thomas and laid out by Mark Lazenby she is based on a carved-wood Queen Anne doll of c1750 and stands 37cm high in her stockinged feet.
